How We Hire
Our interview process includes several steps to ensure the best fit for both you and our team. Here’s a quick overview of what to expect.
CV Screening
We begin by reviewing your CV to ensure that your skill set and qualifications match the position you have applied for.Phone Screening
If your CV matches the role requirements, our HR will contact you for a phone screening. During this initial conversation, we’ll briefly go over your profile and set a formal interview date.First Interview with HR
The next step is an in-person interview with our HR Department, where the team will review your experience and qualifications.Second Interview with Line Manager
If you’re selected for the second round, you will meet with the line manager of the department you applied to. This interview will focus on your technical abilities, role-specific knowledge, and how you can contribute to the team.Selection Phone Call
